[Solved] Suspecting harmful files on laptop

Malwarebytes completed its full scan while I was sleeping away
It picked out some of my game files (that also clashes with avast) and two more threats.
I had the others quarantined for now.

c:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\wl0729184.exe (Trojan.Dropper) -> No action taken.
c:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\deployment \cache\6.0\44\67723f2c-47cce388 (Trojan.Downloader) -> No action taken.

What are those?

And thanks, KarumA, I'll run Combofix and TFC later today! Thank you for taking your time to help me out!

EDIT:
I've restarted my laptop and it seems like the error is gone, but not sure if MB's the one that fixed the trouble or because I disabled Metropolis from my startup list. I still see the two lines hanging around on the list too. But I haven't run Combofix and TFC yet.
