hit and miss videos

when I try to watch vidios, they are constantly stopped for Buffering at about 3 second intervals. what can I do to stop this happening?

if this is for files that are online ...you can try saving the file then view it on your comp ... sometimes its your over all net speed thats doing it...or the site where your viewing has many people watching the same file that you are

if this is occurring on your comp... try viewing in a "player window"(try a window of about 704x480 especially when files use H264 and your comp is more than 2 years old...the poor CPU gets over worked) window rather than full screen

Another thing is if your streaming it online, pause the video and let it sit for a while to finish loading the files before watching it.

Sometimes the speed that you watch the video is faster than your computer can download it, and that can cause buffering issues, but if you let it load for about five minutes before watching, it's all ok.
