How do I download a BL game

I know this might seem like a common question but How do you download a BL game? I have WindowsXP notebook computer and I am trying to download BL games. I download the .rar files seperately to my desktop then I combine them into an archive using my Winrar. But I still don't get how I can use my Ultra ISO to be able to play the games. Is there something Im missing?
