from computer to camera

well I used ta take alot 'a pictures using my phone and sometimes I would take pics from my computer and put them in my phone. Now that I got a camera though I'd like to take some pics from my computer and put them in my camera but it won't work nor will it respond reading the SD card.

I have a bloggie camera and the SD card is a 4GB and when I put the SD card in the slot my computer has I click the removable disk I and then it goes non responsive. If I take it out though it goes back to normal o_O Also theres a light that turns on that indicates that the SD card is in there but its just flippy and stuff for some reason x_x

It might be missing the needed drivers (updated drivers).
Every camera (at least they should have) has a cable to connect the entire device to the computer. Why don't you use that one, it basically works the same. That or use a card reader that connects to usb.

thats what I did the first time and I put the picture from my computer in the same file as the pictures in the camera(from the usb thing) and it didn't come up D:

I'm not quite understanding your resposne you mean 1. that you used the cable before and it worked 'cept for the picture part or 2. that you were able to use it before using the sd card slot.

I would suggest using the cable that comes with the camera, if it is unresponsive then then try another usb port, one of the back I suggest using to see if it might be the port itself.

the usb is what I use to import the pictures from the camera to the computer. I tried to put a picture from one 'a my folders in my pictures on my computer in the camera folder while the thing was plugged in and it didn't come up but it moved in there. As for the SD card that just doesn't work x-x

The reason why it might not show up is perhaps because of the extension of the picture.
As for the SD card, I am unsure on what else you can do, did you update the drivers for the sd card reader in your computer?
But it also isn't responding with a cable from the camera to the computer? Then it might be the card and something broke on it (drivers on that one perhaps). Did you try using it on another computer to see if it is the card and not your pc?

I am not quite sure on your explanation, but here's how it works for mine:
1) Use the USB cable to connect camera and pc
2) Open the camera folder (or the USB's drive path/folder), and transfer the pics (drag files, or copy and paste) to the pc's folder
3) Check pc folder for pics if it's there, open with Photoshop or any programs that supports your pics. Make sure they are not Hidden files, though it's very unlikely to be the case.

My pics format are JPEG format. What are your pics extension/format?

If all doesn't work, it could be your SD card problem >.<

I probably need to update it, I know I tried to one but it didn't work the way I wanted to <,< when I tried to update it said that its already up to date o_O

ok so I added a pic in the folder wit the picture I took on the camera. The pics are jpeg but that picture of Judai is a png, thats just for sample though -.-



then I go to the camera after I take the cord out and look



well its not very clear but obviously as you can tell theres only one picture -_-

Because it is not a jpeg but a png. The camera software doesn't recognise it.
Camera's always work with jpeg when it comes to photograps, png is for web
You might think there is little difference as your computer can see both images but png is a completely different format, it uses a completely different file build up.

Comparing the two would be like wanting to play a data disc with music on a cd player, it might look the same as a normal audio cd but what is inside is completely different.
