Serousily, WTF: Togainu No Chi

So i'm trying to install Togainu No Chi and I did and when I try to play this pops up

Please do set your computer language to Japanese before actually installing the game.

Well, I don't really care if it's in Japanese or not. I just want the game to start and it's not. That Error problem continues to come up. I really don't want to configure my computer to Japanese unless it's necessary.

The game requires the computer to be set to Japanese language so that the computer can properly installed the game since it is able to recognise the Japanese characters contain in the game.

If you don't set to Japanese, you are able to install the game but will not be able play the game as indicated from your image.
