Ok so my brother is really pissing me off, he come into my bedroom and uses my computer (Dell Inspiron 1545 running Windows Vista basic with Intel Pentium) to get on all these porn sites when I'm not home (though it is a laptop I can't take it everywhere I go). I've asked him to stop using my computer to go to theses site since I've had to have my computer wiped 2 times in the last 6 months thanks to him and his porn but he won't stop (I don't mind him using it for other things but it seems all he knows that exists on the internet IS porn). I put a password on it but he went and told my mom that I did so and she made me take the password off (or she was going to have the internet turned off which isn't fair since I PAY FOR IT!!!) so here's my question is there a (free) way to block certain websites (by url) on Internet Explorer (version 7 or version 8 I don't remember which one I have) and on Mozilla Firefox version 3.6.13 (I'm not sure if the {insert choice words here} has figured out that Firefox is the Internet) so I would like to block the sites on it too just in case he does know what Firefox is.

besides that, there should be an add-on for Firefox with which you can block websites by url. I used it, but my computer crashed and I havent re-installed it yet So I dont remember the name right now, but it should work =)
Im not sure for IE, but I guess there should be an add-on like that as well or some other other free software, just google it :3

Then block known porn sites and put your email and your mom's email as the accountability partners. Now every time your brother looks at porn, your mom will get an email saying that her son has been looking at questionable sites. You mom technically shouldn't mind you installing that program either because you are only trying to block porn.
