Megaupload Problem :(

I sent a report to Megaupload... but they never seem to reply my reports <__< ... because several problems have come up before ... their two day guaranteed reply is a lie

It's true that it's a lie. I wrote to them couple of times and they never sent reply. Since november I'm strugling with low download (6-10 kb/s) on megaupload. I reported it 4 times and they just don't care.

I looked up the Megaupload response to Reports online. It's the same with everybody. They never reply.

I've been shut out of my account AGAIN. This time I am a premium member D:< ... wasting my precious download time!

I don't want to jinx it but my download is ok again (since thusday). But it took them three months to fix it! To bad we kind of dependant on mega. It's really the most popular host... and maybe mediafire for smaller files. By the way mediafire is still angry at me (8 kb/s speed).

i think it might be just your internet's problem

I've experienced your download speed before...only when internet is slow. =/ ... maybe it's because your internet company fixed whatever error you have?

Maybe try calling your internet company and complain :O?

Oh, I already did it. They came to my home, checked my computer and said that "all is ok" and that "the fault is on the other side". And I have this problem only with mediafire (now the megaupload is working fine). All other hosts are ok. Also my internet speed is fine. All the sites opens almost instantly. But if megaupload is working then I can live without mediafire. Usually at that time of the day (13 pm-2 am) I had to wait 5 hours to download a single episode of anime. Now I wait only 25-30 minutes. A huge difference.

Can I ask everyone something..I've NEVER, EVER had any problems with ANY of the 'dl' host/site and yes, some are faster then others, esp Mediafire, MU, etc, but for some UNKNOWN reason, yesterday and today, MU is going very slow for me and it's telling me that I'm 'exceeding my limit' etc..Yes, I'm using the free dl, but I've never had this problem before and my DL'S from MU, and MF usually takes ONLY about 1-5 seconds at most, and now, it's taking 5-10 minutes..I've come across the message 'exceeding limit' etc from MU and other site before and usually I just wait it out or whatever and the dl speed returns but for some reason, it's NOT now!!!! I waited it out and then dl'ed ONE ep and then tried another and it TELLS me I'm 'exceeding the limit'..I mean, WHAT B.S.!!! That's the problem...I've always LOVED MU, MF, SS etc since they're always so fast! URGH!!!

Is the problem from my end or is it MU???

Ok I have another problem. Not with speed this time. It's nothing bid rather annoying.
Do you have any idea where I can check how may points I have on my megaupload accout. Till couple of days ago I could checked it by clicking at my user name or "my account" icon..... but not any more.
All I can see is how may space I used and how many files I have. Nothing about the points. And I know that information was right there. Plus, I have no idea where can I see what prize I can choose. I have enought points to exchange them only... where I can do this? Please help because it driving me nuts.
