hi..i'm new here and i was reading aarinofantasy rules..and i read that i can upload to my page mangas or anime video...i tried to do that but i can't figure out how to do it...so can you help me??

Hi, it is not uploading to your page. Basically you can upload them at this section:

For a start, try using Megaupload, MediaFire or SendSpace to upload your video.
