Stuck key on laptop keyboard

I dont think I use the number pad that much but I realized the "0" button is like partially stuck. It doesnt press down as normally like any of the keys. The laptop is new so I'm pretty sure it got nothing to do with dust in it. I dont think I have any food stuck on it either because I dont eat while using my laptop. So any suggestion how to fix it?

I'm afraid if i take my laptop apart i wont be able to put it back together again.

I don't know how delicate a laptop keyboard is but I do this all the time in my computer.
