Windows Installer Problem?

Sorry cant think of the correct title for this thread.

Anyways, I'd tried installing an add on thing for my photoshop but I got this message:



I'm pretty sure I pressed F8 & choose the option of "run windows normally"

So it gotta do something with the windows installer not installing incorrectly. So how do I fix that beside contacting my support personnel?

When I used the add on for my laptop, it worked perfectly fine but for some reason my computer aint doing what it suppose to be doing. Any advice?
