im trying to post 11 pictures in a mosaic but i have no idea how to do it (like in the contest section) please i`d like to do that

no i meant many pictures in one picture and you click one to one to make them bigger , although it remain being just one picture

Well the thing is, that u have to zoom in to see the pictures its made of. If u want the click and view thing you will probably have to use something more complicated like flash o_o

haha well maybe mosaic not as artistic , i meant twelve pictures in the same one like in the contest section

Go to google and randomly find a picture, like a big white square or a big black one or whatever and open it something like Adobe photoshop.

And then take the pictures you want to put on the background (i.e. the big white/black square) and open them in the same photo editing program like photoshop. And then one at a time, copy (ctrl + c) the picture and paste (ctrl + v) it onto the background.

Make sure you move the picture to where you want it before copying and pasting in the second one. Once you paste in another picture it 'locks' the layer with the previous picture.

I usually use avatars for ease, but for other pictures you have to crop and resize them before copying and pasting them into the background.

I think maybe the person who holds the contest uses Imageshack. Imageshack makes thumbnails and if you post these thumbnails you have links for the bigger image that opens when you click the thumbs.

I use Microsoft Digital Started Edition ^^; Basically, I first collect what pics I want (like 12 pics), crop them the way I want them shown and resize to something smaller like 400x400.

Then I open MDSE (or any other program that lets you open a blank page) and then I select "insert"->"picture"-"from computer" and insert the pics I want to be on that page. Then I have to click and expand/shrink the images to the size I want so they look even.

I personally put like 6 at a time so the pics aren't too small but you technically could put more so long as you find how your sizing preference work.

I know so little about that stuff but that's how I do it (you can see my previous contests ^^; ). That's just one way to do it.

And if you don't have any photo editing program such as PS or Gimp, you can just open a new document in Microsoft Works etc, drag the pics you want in one page in an order you like them, and then take a screenshot of that document. Or just use paint MS, works with that as well

/edit, sorry missed the part where you wanted to make them a thumbnail-pics. ^^;
