After download a game, what should I do?!

Well, I download Bokura wa Minna Koi Wo Suru game at aarinfantasy,

I download the rapidshare one, and it was separated into 4 parts. I already download it all, and what's come out is a thingy that 'windows can't read program' with:
1. .img
2. .cue
3. .ccd
4. .sub
and I can't open all of them

Now, the real question is....
1. Can you tell me all the programs I should download to open the game?
2. Can you tell me, after I download the programs and I can opened all of them,
what should I do so I can play the game? Even though I can open all 4, but all of them is different programs right? If I want to play it I combine it maybe?? What should I do??

Download PowerIso, and mount the .img using the program.

Also Daemon Tools is a good program

You need a mounting program like PowerISO or Daemon Tools. The files you have are basically the skeleton of a CD. When you install PowerISO (or Daemon), the icons next to the files should look like a CD. You can right-click and select MOUNT from the menu and run it from there.

Also if you want the files themselves (which is handy in case a file was not installed from the .iso so you can copy/paste to get it) You can download MagicIso. Its free, and it quickly shows you the files inside the .iso so its as if you opened it with WinRAR. Then you can extract to a folder on your computer, and install like any other thing. I only use daemon tools when there's a CD requirement on the game.
