    Exclamation Password problems

    I turned on my laptop and typed in the password but it keeps repeating it's the wrong one. I didn't change the password so I have no idea what's wrong with it.

    And I only have one account, which may be a problem now.

    Does anyone know is there another way to get into it? Or do I have to take it to the service?
