Add-on for a BL game?

I'm installing a BL Game called "Demon prince divertimento"
When I install the game appears a weird error message and a "console" (Captura.png)
If I use Microsoft AppLocale appears a message (in japanese) who says something about ANSI and unicode, I want to know if I need an extra application or if i'm doing something bad

Please change your language to Japanese before install the game and after that with Vista, you need run in compatibility mode or admin

Incredible... I could do this 1 year later... with a new Windows-7
I changed the MUI from my computer to Japanese, I installed AppLocale, but the error is still here
