well this is my first time downloading a game like this of the internet and when i open the file it says "choose a program you want to open this file with" so i picked adobe because it was under recammended and then it says "Adobe reader could not open (then says file name) because it is either not supported file type or because the file has been damaged"
D; what should i do?

but if it is a .zip or .rar download the program winrar to extract the files, them mount with daemontools but all that is also explained in the guide.
providing helpful info makes the solving for us a lot easier, saying you can't open a file does not help as we do not know what file you downloaded if you do not add the extension

You need a torrent program to download the game.

How torrents work:

People who have this file on their computer use a torrents network to send out the information of the files to other people, much like a P2P program but then saver.
With 0 seeders you cannot complete the download, leechers are people who are still downloading the file.

I suggest you download Utorrent and then click on the file again
