[Solved] How can I give seeds?

It's a stupid question,I know.But I want to know how can i put a .torrent file (if I create it) and give seed.'Coz i really don't know where the link for .torrent file will be.

You need a program to create the torrent, once you have done that you must upload the file to a server and start seeding.

It depends, is the torrent an anime... is it yaoi? Find a tracker according to your file.
