If you have vista restart your laptop and press f2 when it's booting up. It will ask you what mode you want to start in. Select the "safe mode". The security tool won't bother you know. Right click on the security tool shortcut on your desktop ->properties -> "open file location". Then delete that file.

open task manager>find the process>right click>open file location>delete.
