I heard that Gakuen Heaven PSP is release, and I finally download it here.
And I download 10 FiLES. I did it with winrar. When I put the game in my PSP, the game wouldnt start. My firmware is latest. :'[[ HELP!

(As long as I'm aware, the game needs to be cracked before it'll work on cFWs~ Running an uncracked ISOs will just result in a black screen~)

The .iso file is already patched, what you need is to modify your PSP to run custom firmware. Keep in mind, not all PSP's can run custom firmware.
PSP custom firmware generally requires three steps (30 min & you can play game):
1. Modify battery for PSP to go in service mode (or buy one: google Pandora Battery/Service Mode)
2. Make custom MemoryStick to install modified firmware (Magic Memory Stick)
3. Upgrade modified firmware to version that allows you to play particular game (v5.50 is ok for this game, google xgen-550gen-d2)

This is probably THE dumbest question ever, but...what would I download this on to actually put in my PSP? I thought that making a burned UMD was not possible at this point.

You would need to download it to your computer and extract the archives.. and then use the USB cable that connects your PSP to your computer in order to transfer them.
