anyhow, i've used others' mentions but i stick to kaspersky Internet Security.

Hiren's Boot CD is a useful tool for fixing your computer. It includes a bunch of freeware programs such as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, CCleaner, etc.

DomDomSoft Manga Downloader is cool but the best program in the world is Calibre, I honestly don't know how I ever lived without it!

er.... I don't have any cool stuff but Nitro PDF is so much more nicer to use than Adobe Acrobat.
Sandboxie is also good for security measure. It isolate any harmful stuff like malware etc... in one place and you can just delete them without worry of changing any program or important data permanently.

@punkababe; DomDom Manga Downloader is neat. I also use it to download my manga.
