poster meant if you have 2 discs inside your computer. not the drives, you can have one disc and split it up to two drives (drives -> c:/ and d:/)
Though I think you have only one.

Several things that can cause and fix it, might be that there is a cable lose inside the PC the one connecting your harddisc to your motherboard

For Bios, you can get there right when you start your computer. I don't remember it exactly what keys you use since I have only had to use it once

I do advice you to not mess around with the settings in the bios, be careful with what you do and only change if you absolutely certain. What you want to check in Bios is give boot priority to drive C:/ or at least your main windows disc

Here is a site with possible solutions and it tells how to get into Bios

    Error Message: Disk Boot failure

The bios setup in that link is wrong. To access bios you have to press the delete key or F2 at the post page

It is different per system, for me it is F8 cause I use another kind of motherboard than the one you have listed (last time I had that brand was with my DO pc o.o; )
When you boot you puter OP you should be able to read what button it is to enter, it is always shown somewhere in the screen

I had this problem before usually its the computer just complain about the boot-up file, usually, (if ur computer still has a floppy drive) insert a blank floppy disk and it corrects the tat boot-up error

I dont know if anyone still wants this awnsered but...

    error : disk boot failure
cause of error : cannot find boot partition

ok now that we know the cause we need to look for what can prevent your pc to find the boot partition.
first we go and see what you need to find your boot partition in a normal pc

    1. hard disk drive (WITH an OS like windows, linux or macintosh)
    2. cable from the hd to motherboard
    3. motherboard controler (IDE or SATA)
    4. power supply for the hdd

in a laptop you can ONLY check the hard disk without having to open up the whole thing which could get dangerous. so go to your laptop to someone that knows stuff about this and ask him to fix it...

with a normal pc you can usually open up your pc.
but once opened up you need to know which cables should go where so this option is also not doable... so you need to ask an IT guy for this aswell... to check all cables and all

since a normal user cant do the hardware troubleshooting... you need to go for the software side...

    boot menu keys
f8 = getting into the boot select (for safe mode etc etc)
del, f1, f2 OR esc = bios setup

also... the boot sequence has 0% to do with this problem...
reason : when your pc starts up it has a list of where to boot its pc from. if option number 1 fails it'll take option number 2. if your hd is LAST in the list. it should NOT give you a disk boot failure. because he WILL boot from the hd.

I asume your bios setup is default and that you havnt been messing with it...

I can only guess that your problem is one of the following :
    1. your hd is broken (dead, and most likely)
    2. your cable from hd to motherboard is working incorrectly (highly unlikely)
    3. the motherboard connector is broken (also unlikely)
    4. your hd does not have a single OS installed (also quite likely)

if it's option number 4. you need to re-install your pc...
but first you need to somehow make a backup from a pc which doesnt have an OS... which could be easy but I'm not explaining how to do that here... (its late) you can pm me about if if you want -.-
after having a backup you need an instalation disk. you usually recieve this along with your pc. let this disk re-install your pc and let you format it aswell. (since you allready have your backup)

if option 4. if you never formated your pc or anything like that... it's most likely that either
    1. you have been shutting down windows impropperly too much (most likely)
    2. your hd is about to die... replace it as soon as possible

hint: when you power up your pc... try to listnen wether your hd is giving a ticking noise... if it is... you know for 100% sure that your hd is broken ^^
