I finally got the chance to try what you suggested. I downloaded fink and wine but I am a little confused about it. When I double-click on fink it opens a folder with a lot of files that I cannot access and nothing else happens. When I click on Wine, it gives me three files. One file that says Wine and has a picture of a wine glass, another that says Readme.rtf, and one for Applications. I clicked on the one that says Wine but it didnt really do anything. Usually when I download a program, it takes care of the work by itself but in here I dont see what else I can do.
Also, since you mentioned it, I downloaded some parts of Seikai Houretsuden from other threads that were not named Fanbox but the results were still the same.
As for Jackin, I did try opening the .ccd and .img files by changing the formats and burning them into a CD but that didnt work.
When I double-click on the file with the .ccd extension I get the following message "There is no default application specified to open the document". For the .img extension, the message was "no mountable file systems".

You need to have windows installed or bootcamp to be able to run PC games on Mac. Doesn't work simply try to install the game.
    Here, some sources:

CrossOver Office is just a commercial form of WINE with a few extra features that make it easier to run Microsoft Office under it, IIRC. As for using WINE--first of all, you'll need to find the Terminal application. It's installed by default with OSX and should be listed under Utilities.

Try typing "wine c:\\windows\\notepad.exe" in the Terminal (and hitting Enter. Oh, and don't type the quote marks). Do you get a rather minimalist text editor? If so, WINE is at least working properly. WINE doesn't do anything when run by itself--it's just a wrapper for Windows programs. Typing "wine [path]/INSTALL.EXE" then may work to install your game if you can find out where in your file hierarchy INSTALL.EXE ended up so you can fill in that [path]. (Note that I say may work. WINE does not run all Windows programs flawlessly and I haven't tested this particular one. If it doesn't work, your next step up is installing Windows using either VirtualBox or bootcamp.)

I tried typing that on the Terminal and this is what I got "-bash: wine: command not found"

I wouldnt be able to install Windows on my computer. All I can do is try the games on a Windows PC. I tried doing it before but I was having a hard time with it.
So, I dont know if there are any other options.
Thank you to all who tried to help!
