Saving file into JPEG on Adobe Phothoshop CS

Uh..yea, I'm back again.

Yeah, I know it sound easy but read me out first before you start stating "Shift+Ctrl+S"

Here's the thing, I'm trying to save a sig I made by just going to
File > Save As.. (like I usually do)

But the only option it gave me weren't much as before.

Oh yeah, and for some reason, I cant go on to File > Save instead so the only option to save is going through File > Save As.
So uhh..anyone know what I should do?
(I hope this make sense if not, I'll try to be more specific as I can)

OMG, why am I having so much trouble w/ APCS now. It wasn't acting like this before.
It's either
1./ I did something to it.
2./ Someone else must had messed with it.
3./ Some unknown force had jinx the photoshop.
I like to go with #2, placing the blame on someone rather than onto myself.

It's really a pain in the butt to reinstall APCS again. So if someone would be so kind & generous and would be graciously willingly to help out me out here would be appreicated.

Attempting to help with giving advices/suggestions/so forth is also be appreciated.

My bootleg CS frequently crashes and does funny stuff but then tends to sort itself out again ^^;; I have no idea how to fix your problem but I can suggest how to get around it temporarily as a similar thing happened to me before. Have you tried opening a previously saved PSD file which you know saved normally? If you go to 'save as' in that file do all usual file extensions come up? If so, just copy over your final image and save from there...

I'm still looking for a solution to my problem. ;D I dont want to always have to save the file the long way, so anyone knows what's going on, let me know. Thanks ~
