    When I download and extract all the files, I get three. They are .img .sub and .ccd. How do I play the game?

    What you have there is a disc image. To make use of it, mount it with something like Daemon Tools.

    Just like what eliddell said, you can mount it using Daemon Tools. Or if you want, burn it onto a CD. Check this FAQ.
