    MKV conversion issues

    Hi, I have an MKV format file for a video and I've been trying to convert it and it just won't work! I've tried converting it to avi., mpeg, and wmv format, but everytime I play the converted file, it's just the sound, no picture! I've checked the settings on my converter to make sure everything is right and it is. Can someone please help me?

    I'm using Xilisoft and that's always worked before. How do I get SUPER?
