Bara no Ki ni Bara no Hanasaku problem with installation

Hi! I dowloaded the patched+fandisc archive, and the other upload with discs 1 and 2, and I'm having trouble with both of them.

-(picture 1) Whenever I open the patched game it shows me this screen, and I can't do anything else.

-(picture 2) With disc 1 and 2: I think it's asking me me to mount disc 2, but I already mounted it and I'm still getting the same message.

Has this happened to anyone else?
