i reached this step from the installation guide that shown down in the picture yet i couldn't understand it , can i get some
guidance as to how i can solve this ?

and when i click on mount disk 2 as shown on the guide it simply open this window for me .

Probably a memory issue. Have you checked how much space the download requires?

Looks like a memory problem. Is the download's space need something you've verified?
