How to upload games to MEGA?

Hello! I am going to be ordering Nie No Machi's upcoming sequel game Iro Musubi!!

I would love to upload the game here for everyone - but I am not sure how to upload the game on a site like MEGA for everyone to download.. ( ; ; ) I tried looking for tutorials everywhere but couldn't find anything.

Probably just put it into a .zip file and upload that.
