problems with Lamento

Hello!
I backed up my old laptop data to my new one and I thought about playing lamento. My save datas are still there and I opened the game but this error does not let my save data to load and the game keep shutting down, Can someone help me please ? also there is not any sound from the game...
if I cannot find any solution I am thinking about deleting and reinstalling it, is there a way to play with the same save data ?

Okay mine happened the exact same: open the game, no sound, can't load the save file. So I found out that it was because I installed the game file on Program Files (x86) and not on C: (I tried to move the file to C: and the game still wouldn't run properly)
I ended up reinstalling the game all over again and made sure this time to install it on C:
The game might run perfectly when you first test it but there's a chance it has the same problem so I advice you to test the game after you successfully install the game and the do another test after you restart your PC.
Oh btw, I'm using the non-Win10 eng patch.
I don't know about how to reserve your save data tho...maybe copy the "save" folder in the game file and the paste it after you re-install it?

I think you need to recover the data. In my experience, we often cannot recover it because there is an error.
