Help me with VNR

Hello it's me again, sorry for posting so much about VNR, but I'm just trying to figure out how it works. Ok so I just download it and my first doubt is whether or not I need to install a dictionary for the translations to be better. Also, do I need to download a text hooker or is there one that comes with VNR? If so, could you provide me with a link for everything above? Thank you so much
