Togainu won't open?

I'm pretty sure I've installed everything correctly, but it won't open.
Normally I use AppLocale to run my VN's so I don't have to set my locale to Japanese, but for whatever reason it's not working with this particular game?
So, I set my locale, restart the computer and come back to it, but it gives me this ;

When I run it as administrator, nothing happens.
I don't even see anything pop up in the task manager.

I don't really reccommend using AppLocale as it's just an emulator and it can cause problems itself.

Sorry for being a lazy ass but can you do a search in the forum for "togainu no chi No DVD.exe" and find that one thread that has download for it. It's around in this forum section.

You download that official No-dvd patch, you replace your original .exe with that one.
