Which program are you using for mounting the ISO? It's possible that it might not be enough.
Virtual CloneDrive, Daemon Tools Lite, Alcohol 120%?
I'm using Virtual CloneDrive, myself, and it's working for me (Except at the moment it's complaining about a memory monitoring program because I opened something else earlier... XD;
I have Daemon Tools Lite but to be honnest, I'm a bit lost with it... I made some research and did it fine but another error appears : Attachment 174636
It's quite similar and I think i've seen errors which were the same on the forum. I think I'm close tho !
Also, thank you very much for helping me, it's very kind and I really appreciate it even though I'm a shame...
EDIT : I MADE IT ! IT FINALLY WORKS !!! AHHHHHHH THANK YOU VERY MUCH
I'm so stupid actually damn... Thank you so much ! However, do you know how to install the English patch ? I still have the game in Japanese. Promise, it's the last thing i'm asking you @-@

I'm glad you got it working! ^_^
As for an English patch... Well, there isn't one.
People are working on VNR (Visual Novel Reader) to make a translation for the game. VNR can overlay English text over the Japanese text (Or put it somewhere else to read like a subtitle), but is not a full-fledged patch. You're required to have an internet connection, as all the dialogue is stored on a server, and not your computer. o.o
Can't find the .data and .text the patch only has thealsignup_100723b.exe file. I believe the patch uploaded is incomplete. Could you provide me with the rest of the files? Thank you

If you're missing the .data and .text files, I have them here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hnhfv2463v...-text.rar?dl=0
As for the other file, you need to go onto your harddrive, to the C:\ProgramData\ASign folder.
Copy the C:\ProgramData\ASign , click on your Start menu, and paste it there. Hit enter, and it will take you to the proper folder.
Rename the file there to "alsign.sig" and copy it into the folder where Omerta was installed.
OMG YASS after so many days of trying I finally managed to make Omerta work, and what's more I could sync it with VNR! I'm so happy right now and so grateful for your help. Really thank you so much for your patience and for not giving up
