Togainu no Chi "administrator" error

I have is windows 8.1 64bit is such a problem as in the attached screenshot. the second day I suffer with the installation, with absolutely no idea what to do with this error.

Hello luzzi!

This error is the fault of Microsoft/Windows. They have disabled a program that Togainu no Chi uses for copyright protection. It is not your fault at all!

Instead, please download this program:
https://mega.nz/#!5dYwnDwD!D27r8LJP63SzO-Bu0vS9rjDR-1cdOLANBXHrHqveYhc

And put it in the folder you installed Togainu no Chi. OVERWRITE the file. Now you can run the game!

I am having the same problem with the program and was trying to download the file to see if that would fix it. I am now having a problem with trying to get the file off of Mega. All it says is temporary error, retrying Is there any other way to get it and it should work on a 32-bit system right? (I am just going crazy trying to get it to work and don't want any kinks trying to work it.)

Unfortunately, no. It's only for Togainu no Chi.

However, try the NoDVD patch for Sweet Pool found here:
Index of /patches

(Look for "[Nitro+CHiRAL] Sweet Pool noDVD Patch.rar")

Once you've downloaded the RAR file, you need to extract the program inside it. Find WinRar or 7-Zip to unpack it, and place it in the folder you installed Togainu no Chi, overwriting the original EXE.
