I Can't Open My DMMD ReConnect

I just played the game as usual when the electricity suddenly cut off, i played on my laptop and when it happened it wasnt using battery so it automatically shuted down. When I turned on my laptop and tried to open the game again, it didnt open. I try many times but it still cannot open. Before anything appear, it forced to stop working-- I tried to open the new game, different from before the same thing happened. I wonder why is it? I already restarted and shuted down my laptop many times but it just the same sobsIf you know how to fix it or have some idea about please tell me, I really need it :"""

#1, What version of Windows are you using?
#2, Where is DMMdrc installed?
