Shingakkou -Noli me tangere- not valid win32 error

I mount shingakkou iso 1 and when I tried to install it, it says that my win32 is not valid...
I tried to scan my computer and such but there's no error found...
Can anybody help me?
Is it the iso fault or my laptop?
I have windows 7 64bit...

its because of your 64 bit windows ....it may not have any win32 bit .dll in it depending on the brand name and version of the computer company you got it from.... its very sad many people are finding out that many of their favourite games can no longer be played on their new PCs because of that issue

Oh well, this is upsetting. I'm having the same error as well since my computer is 64 bit.

Well, I tried re-downloading CD 1 files...
Couple of the file links were dead and there's another person who uploaded it...
So then I tried renaming all the files and then join it...
And then it works!! HALLELUJAH!!
Maybe you should try and rename the files??

I try the installer on my win XP, but the same problem happen. Is there any trick involve?
