I can't play Hadaka Shitsuji. Help

I'm using Using 5.50 gen-d3 on my psp, but it couldn't be play and shows the message "Game could not be started (80020148)".

Believe me, it's an AWFUL game. You are not loosing anything.
Otherwise, are you sure that the .rar or .zip is not damaged?
Sometimes that's the problem, try to fix it with winrar.
