Windows 7, Can't install Hadaka Shitsuji.

So I mount the iso, click what's supposed to be "next" and choose where I wanna install it, I move forward...and then nothing. I got the game folder but it's empty, no files where actually transferred and no game installed. Never had this problem with any BL game before. So...what's up? Some help is loved.

Where can you get the game? Is it in English?
