How do you use the real live crack? help please!!

So i am trying to play Steal! but i can't and i get the japan only thing. everything is on japan and when i read everywhere else they say use the real live crack, but i have zero clue on how to use it? can any one help???

i just downloaded steal (with lots of effort put into it) ><
did you download the steal game here?

there's a link for the crack (the one i downloaded was uploaded by mito)
you just unzip the downloaded iso file with winrar, search for the original crack, and replace it with the new one
