Steal! Patch 1.10. Help

I installed the game (after downloading from the dlcentral in this forum) and it runs fine, but it needs an update from the spray website (because of some pic problems etc.), but the update won't happen.
I downloaded it and try running, but then this window shows up:

I'm using:
Windows 7 32-bit

Hope someone can help solving this problem

Did you try running it as administrator?

The message you are getting is saying that there's nothing wrong with your game but the patch has run into a problem in the middle of working, so it stopped the patch and returned your game to the original format.

i found out that there was something wrong with my PC and i tried running it as administrator later and now all is fine.
