if you are going to play via PC, you need to use a PS emulator, if used for a PS. Your PS needs to be modded or has a chip to enabled burned PS 2 games
You need HJSplit to combine the parts yo get it to work.

Oh... the PSP will be way more difficult since the ports to "rip - not quite the right word... but copy isn't it either" hasn't worked in the past hence there hasn't been many PSP games gotten as a result psp emulators developed either. Hence its just way easier to go buy the game.
