No CD patch, and some questions

Erm...okay so recently I downloaded this game 新婚さん～Sweet Sweet honeymoon～, and it comes with these few files:

Disc1.cue [1kb]
Disc1.img [736,135kb]
Disc2.cue [1kb]
Disc2.img [651,041kb]

And a no cd patch with japanese words so I don't really know how to use that no-cd patch.

So here's my questions:
1. Do I mount the cue file even though the size is so little, or do I change the .img to .cue and mount that instead?

2.How exactly do I use the no-cd patch?

1. You would need to mount the disc 1 .img, and when it asks for .disc 2, you mount the disc 2 .img. I've downloaded a lot of BL games, and put a few of them on disks, and I've never needed the .cue file. I'm actually not sure what its used for.

2. The No CD patch can only be applied after you've installed the game. The icon should look like the game's icon, and you copy the No CD and paste it where the game files are installed. It needs to replace the game's actual .exe file.

I've tried that, I mounted the img on and after the wizard downloads and pop-up comes up and it does nothing after that. what program should I be using?

and I've never needed the .cue file. I'm actually not sure what its used for.

The .cue is for burning, it contains all the information an iso burner needs to successfully burn the .iso or .img file.
