i found it randomly while browsing. it wasn't on a site that actually says what the pics are... just a random gallery

i have some of the japanese written down in romanji if anyone needs it

It's not from a game. I've seen this picture before, and it is a drawing where the goal was to take a drawn picture and make it look like a game.
