Silver Chaos 2 Error

Hey, I'm trying to install the game, too.
I followed all of the instructions, but it says the folder doesn't exist, and when I try it again, this comes up.

EDIT: Ok, well, obviously the picture isn't showing. But, it's just a box. The folder is there, but nothing is in it.
