If it's an .mkv file, your media player might be picky about it.

What Media Player do you currently use? You may need to install a Plug-in for it so it can read .mkv files.

The subs should automatically be in the file when you play it.

That's really strange I use KMPlayer too so it should play it...

When you downloaded uraboku, was it just one file?
Also, sometimes you need to turn on the subs in the media player. So right click in KMplayer and look through the options to see if your subtitles are turned on.

    When opening it with VLC:

Under the tab Video -> Subtitle Track
    It should be listed there.

You surely have a lot of media players :/
If you want to play it with Media Player Classic or WMP simply install CCCP.. I got a guide for setting up sub selection automatically in a post here.. lemme find it for you
If you use Win7 then the beta CCCP works better, any other Windows it is the normal CCCP

    here:

to configure WMP and later on to configure CCCP

Honestly said you don't need that many Media Players. I use 2 VLC and WMP.. Only a few others for my work but those 2 I regularly use
