And from the screenshot, it looks like Lamento was installed into the default location.
Unfortunately, this game is old, and it writes it's game saves into the same folder it was installed to. And Windows HATES programs that do that when they're installed into the "C:\Program Files (x86)\" (Or in your instance, "Fitxers de programa (x86)") It's actually a bit of a security thing for Windows, to prevent Viruses, Malware and Adware from causing problems.
Also, it has been mentioned by the English patch team that the game works better when you change the default location.
So, I'm sorry to suggest this, but you may have to uninstall the game first, then re-install the game somewhere else. I have a folder where I store all my games for just such reason. I made a folder called, "C:\Games\" and dump all my games there. Helps prevent a lot of issues involving patching and game saves!

As for everything else... You did it perfectly! Mounting the ISO, Serial Code, LmtDVDVer103, then popping the NoDVD EXE in the same folder before copying (and renaming) the patch files.
