Yes! That is the face reference that I mentioned in my first post. To be exact, I saw it on Facebook not long ago, gave me some rough idea on how I want 3rd OC to be like and then sketched mine out thinking of this. So of course it looked similar. I do not know what anime/game this one is from, may I know what title is this character from?

However, the artist will be doing it her own 'Joberu' style... so he will not look like this one, only the face position and hair style in ponytail generally may be similar but otherwise it will look completely in her own style.
He will not be like super sexy like this reference one, can't beat that! haha
Just making a "charismatic" one and I told her to put him in a fashionable white jacket.

@aarinfantasy; the picture that sephslover posted is from Ginoza of Psycho-Pass series! Though he went through some major style changes, in the first season he looked like this:

then in the second season he got rid of his glasses:

and then came a Movie where he had suddenly this long hair and ponytail, though his screentime was very short:

@UllaBritta; believe me the first season is still the best!
The second was not to my taste in the end, it started good but became a little meh... though this is just my opinion
the Movie was awesome again! Though I'm also not satisfied with how it ended
and as I said sadly Ginoza has not much screentime in the movie so don't be disappointed!
