Venue: Nilai University College (near Kuala Lumpur, accessible with public transport)
Time: 11am-6pm
Fees: RM20 (invite only)*, with online & on-site ticket (About US$6.60)

Males and Females are welcome to attend this event (though the male might be eaten by the fujoshis, I won't guarantee your safety)

Nijikai or niji party (niji in japanese is rainbow or another meaning second, or can also mean 2 o'clock). Therefore nijikai = rainbow party/ second party/ after party / 2 o'clock party

How to get there

-You can take KTM from KL Central and drop at KTM Nilai, each trip is RM4.70
- FREE shuttle bus available every 1 hour from KTM Nilai to the University.

If you FLY to Malaysia/Kuala Lumpur via LCCT or KLIA, you may take Airport Liner or any bus going to Nilai. The bus will drop you at KTM Nilai. Bus fare should be RM3-RM5.

If you take TAXI from KTM Nilai it'll cost RM10 (fixed price), it'll drop you just outside of the university compound. Get into the compound will charge you additional RM2.

ALL who are attending Sawachi Nijikai are NOT allowed to display ‘extreme’ affection. Kindly adhere to our Security Personnel.

Photography/Videography R&Rs

-Photographers are not allowed to stalk or take unethical shots of any cosplayers. Please ASK permission from cosplayers before taking their pictures. -Cosplayers have the right to refuse any photo shoot if the request make by photographer is unreasonable. All unethical shots will have their recording devices confiscated & deleted but to be released at the end of the event only.
-Sawachi Nijikai owns the rights to use the picture taken on the event day for future purposes without further inform.
-Please respect all doujin artists, competitions & official merchandises by not taking photo / video without their consent.
-ALL who are attending Sawachi Nijikai AGREED not to release photos, images, videos, etc. to public viewing. Kindly advise all of your friends not to share as well IF you still want this event again.

COMPETITIONS R&Rs

Singing competition
Song must be from BL/Yaoi series
5 mins time limit per contestant
Solo/pair/group is allowed, but all count as ONE entry
Songs to be provided by contestant

On-spot Art Competition
Title: -
Only 2 A4 papers per contestant will be provided
1 hour time limit

No visual scenes are allowed, failure to do so will lead to disqualification
Any drawing style is acceptable. Contestants shall express their creativity and skillfulness in their drawings.
All art piece are not returnable .It will go under the ownership of Sawachi Nijikai.

500 words Fanfic Competition
Write out your best imagination within the word limit
1 hour time limit
Only Papers and Pen will be provided
