AF Halloween Signature Contest

Hello everyone,
We have decided to hold a Special Halloween Themed Signature Contest with some special prizes for the participants and the opportunity for the Voting Members to get a Halloween Themed Sig. Please bear with me and read the following instructions:

Participating Rules:
• all Participants are kindly asked to agree to "donate"their entries for a"free giveaway: first come, first served", which means that you agree not to sell or give them away as pleased (more details about how this works you'll find down);
• the signature must be your own creation;
• the size must be no more than 250 x 500 pixels (height x width);
• must not be Obscene or contain swearing;
• for the donation purpose, please write "username" where you want to place the name or leave it blank (if you believe you might not be around to add the name, with your permission I will add it);
• link to contest/voting thread in your signature is allowed;
• no Spamming - via PM, VM or Threads to beg for Votes;
• you can submit up to 3 entries per user;
• winners will be chosen through voting system which will be posted in this section of the forum.

How to enter:
If you've decided to participate, we'll take your submission as an okayfor the "free giveaway".
• send your submission/s through Private Messageto AF Forum Contest with the subject "Submission for the Halloween Signature Contest";
• in the message add - Username: <insert your name> and Signature/s: <insert image>

Prizes:
To make things more interesting and to make more people happy, there are going to be Three Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place based of the votes from the Poll.

***NOTE Given the fact that each user can submit 3 entries, one member can not win more than ONE prize, that means that second and third place will go automatically to the next users with the highest votes for their entries.

1st place -3 million points+ TWO Event Cards+ submission of ONE Limited edition Halloween Theme Card
2nd place -3 million points+ ONE Limited edition Halloween Theme Card
3rd place - 3 million points+ submission of ONE Lv1-10/Mascot Card for the ishop.

How does the "Free giveaway: first come, first served" work?
This part is something that aarin members are already used to, we've just made it easier and hope more fun for the voting members to know directly that if they like an entry, they can have it.

We are going to open at the same time with the Voting Poll an additional Thread - in this section of the forum - for the free giveaway, where you can come and claim the entry you'd want, BUT there's a trick on how to request it.

→ first: you Vote in the Poll and leave a comment like always; we'd like to give the Participants their fair share of praise and to see your support for these activities as well.
→ second: you come to the thread to claim your desired signature - it doesn't have to be the one you voted for, but the one you want to wear.
NOTE: don't forget that it will be "first come, first served", if the signature you like has already been claimed, you can ask for another signature or request to twin with that person as long as they agree.

I will be checking the posting time in order to make sure you followed this instructions.

Schedule:
Because this is a Special Signature Edition with a variety of prizes, we are leaving more time for entries. The Voting will start at the same time with October's SOTM, but the Halloween signatures can be wore from the same day of the opening of the Voting Poll or depending on how fast the changes can be made by the Participants.

Open to Entries: September 7, 2019
Closed to Entries & Nominations: October 23, 2019
Winner Announcement: November 2019

Hello everyone, I'd like to make an announcement:

In case there are few entries, the voting thread will be postponed a few days until October 27 and might be closed for votes at the End of November, winners announced on December. This all depends on the activity of the forum.

Also, there's an additional clarification for the winners and prizes:
Given the fact that each user can submit 3 entries, one member can not win more than ONE prize, that means that second and third place will go automatically to the next users with the highest votes for their entries.
