If the rearranging function is fixed, would it go back to selling cards at 1/3 of the price?

It somehow arrenged itself when I bought my last cards, yet, not still the order I want them to show...I'll try selling and buying them back, but I have 14 and that's a lot.

Misaki card seems to have priority. I bought the card cause I like the character, but I want other cards to show. I've tried selling them and rebuying them in different orders, but no matter what I do i always get the same results. They might reorder differently if i buy another card, but I'm not gonna do that just now *is saving like mad for the future*

I have to buy and sell a few times before I got the arrangement I wanted.
It can be done but a lot of patient is required.

It took me quite a while but I did it. I successfully re-arranged my cards in the exact order I want them to be.
I had to sell all my cards first and tried buying them back in certain orders. I payed close attention how the certain cards would affect the arrangement. Basically I just bought them in order of which card I want the least first, so they would stay in the bottom but when I add the last card, it just re-arrange itself. I figured it out in the end though.

Echoing what everyone above me has said: I can manage to arrange the exact 6 cards I want out of my 27 card deck, but it usually takes about an hour or two of buying and reselling. Basically, there's no need to resell all of your cards and buy them back again. For me, I choose a card that is displayed and a card that is not displayed which I want to display, sell both, and buy them back in a different sequence to make them show. Sometimes I have to sell as much as 4 cards and buy them back, but never the whole deck. ^^

To me, it's not much of a problem, as I only have cards I like
(though I'm happy that Sess and Fuji are displayed 
) Perhaps a bit less of Naruto would be nicer...
