Fuji's method is NOT working for me

I made the dumb mistake of purchasing and donating a card I already owned, and it messed up my whole order. Now nothing I do can bring the order back, or even establish a new order.

EDIT: I want to add that it momentarily STOLE my Gunter card. I was trying to move Gunter up a spot, so, like Fuji suggest, I sold Card A, then meant to sell the Gunter card (intending to then buy back Card A, buy back Gunter card, etc.) ... BUT when I clicked on the Gunter card to sell it, the iShop told me I DIDN'T OWN it. When I checked back in disbelief, sure enough, it was gone. I quickly bought it again, but gosh. Suppose that had been an out of stock card??

I dont have so much cards jet that i have rearrange them but i thinked about this problem.
Does this is possible: give every card order number what can be changed by owner / little box on every row/ and then new order is saved.
New cards get automaticaly last number. After donating/selling numbers can be rearranged automaticaly by saving.
This is simple use and easy to understand.
I got this idea from youtube playlist what can be rearranged with this method.

Fuji's method has stopped working for me so I just sold off some Lv1 cards until I got an order I could live with
