That's because it ships to most countries with Express Mail only... and that's by weight and most manga volumes weight around .250lbs... if they did like some places do and shipped with flat rate, it would come out cheaper but there's no way to track it if it's not within the US.

They're books are so cheap! Too bad their shipping is incredibly high u__u. I mean it was like $21 for two books to Australia D: (or something like that~)

For international customers be warned: Shipping for 1 that's right ONE book costs $30+ alone!

Really?? I have order several books (6) from them shipping to Australia that was just $30 and a few were rather thick.

My price indication was for 1 book, because it gets slightly cheaper if you do bulk.

But, then if you bulk up too much they don't let you use first class anymore either.


Edit: I just checked -

Approximate international shipping costs is as follows (using 801 manga for tests):
just under $15 for the first book + a bit over $3 for each additional books up to 6 books (first class).
If you go over that, it'll be priority at $47.40 for 7 books and an addition $5.35 for every addition 2 books.

Even though Yaoi Club has a great clearance sale still on-going, its the shipping that kills the fun out of purchasing whichever manga at such low prices. I feel for the international fans because I knew international shipping is much higher than domestic.
